TFX ERP serves as an Enterprise Resource Planning Tool, integrating finance, HR, supply chain, and a Point of Sale (POS) system. It enhances efficiency, facilitates real-time data access, and supports informed decision-making for organizational growth.

1. Information Collection and Usage:

User Provided Information: When you download and register the Application, we collect data including your name, email, age, and transaction-related information. Registration is optional but may limit access to certain features.

Automatically Collected Information: The Application may automatically collect device information, IP addresses, and data on how you interact with the services.

2. Additional Information Collection (Services):

• Usage Information: Interaction with services, including posts and comments.
• Content Information: Creation of content on the platform.
• Device Information: Hardware and software details, sensor information, and network connections.
• Camera and Photos: Access to camera/photos for posts.
• Location Information: Collection of location data for accurate demographics analysis.

3. POS System:

• User Data: TFX POS app does not collect personal information.
• Receipt Photos: Users can store receipt photos locally and/or transmit them to our servers (Linode) for storage (Firebase).
• Sales Transaction Data: Collection of sales transaction details for business analytics.

4. Third-Party Access:

Aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services for Application improvement. Information is disclosed as required by law, for safety, or to trusted service providers working on our behalf.

5. Opt-Out Rights:

You can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application or request opt-out via email at info@tfx.global.

6. Data Retention and Management:

User-provided data is retained as long as you use the Application. Automatically collected information is stored for up to 24 months. Contact info@tfx.global for data deletion requests.

We employ safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
